This is a bright star in the firmament of newly- opened hotels in Spain . The building first saw the light in 1370 and the dining room incorporates part of an old Roman Wall . The warm ochre and beamed reception strikes a welcoming note as you arrive and the staff could not be more friendly . A fine old staircase leads up to the bedrooms which are some of the cosiest and most coquettish that you´ll come across . Bathrooms have robes and embroidered towels .
